Tiffany Devonshire is the Broker for Rock Blue Homes as well as a licensed Maryland attorney and MHIC. Prior to founding Rock Blue Homes, Ms. Devonshire had been in non-profit management for over a decade. Ms. Devonshire also owns and operates several real estate investment companies with partners, including a full-service real estate brokerage, with property management and contracting divisions. 

 

Ms. Devonshire also owns her own development company, primarily focused on rehabilitating Maryland houses, leveraging the profits from those endeavors to positively affect the affordable housing crisis in Maryland by creating safe, affordable housing for Maryland residents. Ms. Devonshire is committed to giving back to Maryland and serves on several volunteer committees at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

Carolyne Maina is a nationally licensed Insurance Producer and was a leader in her field in sales and recruiting and takes pride in her exceptional customer service skills. Ms. Maina is the co-founder of Rock Blue Homes where she was able to apply her unique skillset and values to serve her clients, which allowed her to quickly rise to a top producer in the Baltimore Metro area. 

 

Ms. Maina participates in some capacity in all aspects of the three real estate companies that are under the Rock Blue umbrella.  Ms. Maina is also committed to giving back to Maryland and serves on the Equal Opportunity Committee of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors as well as other charitable endeavors. Ms. Maina is currently fluent in both English and Swahili.
