Tiffany Devonshire is the Broker for Rock Blue Homes as well as a licensed Maryland attorney and MHIC. Prior to founding Rock Blue Homes, Ms. Devonshire had been in non-profit management for over a decade. Ms. Devonshire also owns and operates several real estate investment companies with partners, including a full-service real estate brokerage, with property management and contracting divisions.
Ms. Devonshire also owns her own development company, primarily focused on rehabilitating Maryland houses, leveraging the profits from those endeavors to positively affect the affordable housing crisis in Maryland by creating safe, affordable housing for Maryland residents. Ms. Devonshire is committed to giving back to Maryland and serves on several volunteer committees at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.
Carolyne Maina
Co-Owner, Realtor
Carolyne Maina is a nationally licensed Insurance Producer and was a leader in her field in sales and recruiting and takes pride in her exceptional customer service skills. Ms. Maina is the co-founder of Rock Blue Homes where she was able to apply her unique skillset and values to serve her clients, which allowed her to quickly rise to a top producer in the Baltimore Metro area.
Ms. Maina participates in some capacity in all aspects of the three real estate companies that are under the Rock Blue umbrella. Ms. Maina is also committed to giving back to Maryland and serves on the Equal Opportunity Committee of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors as well as other charitable endeavors. Ms. Maina is currently fluent in both English and Swahili.

Jay Frederick
Jay is a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and Maryland with over 10 years of real estate experience. He has been an active real estate investor in the Baltimore metro area with millions of dollars of properties acquired, renovated, and sold. Jay holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NC State University and MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Using the fundamentals from his educational background and intimate knowledge of the local Baltimore-metropolitan market, Jay helps "active" investors identify discount properties that can be purchased, renovated for huge profits, and reintroduced into communities to support revitalization efforts.
Kristina Sanchez
Kristina Sanchez has worked in the commercial and residential real estate industry for over a decade. Ms. Sanchez has been investing in real estate since 2007 and has been a licensed real estate agent and Relator in Maryland since 2013. Ms. Sanchez is also the co-owner of a home-improvement construction company and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Maria Smith, ARM CALP, Realtor Maria Smith started her property management career as a leasing professional and has 19 plus year's experience in both commercial and residential property management. She also has an award-winning track record in multi-million-dollar real estate management operations in the Baltimore, D.C., and the Northern Virginia areas. These portfolios included Class A luxury, tax credit, moderate income, plus Section 8 housing; both individual homes to 600 plus unit communities with mixed use space combining residential and commercial. As a lease up specialist and realtor, she brings a wealth of knowledge in construction management, property re-positioning, and real estate marketing and investing. Maria served three years as co-chair member for IREM Chapter 16 in Baltimore as the ARM liaison for new candidates and the real estate education management committee.
